The Sting International Tour Program was founded in 2024. The tour program selects a U10 and U12 (girls and boys) team to represent the Sting Soccer Organization overseas with the following goals in mind:

Development – Our focus is to maximize soccer development on an individual level through both on field and off-field experiences and guidance. We always play to compete and win as a team, but are mostly focused growth as an individual.

Inspiration – We hope that the experience has a whole will further inspire and grow  love and passion for the game. In turn, heighten longevity and potential in soccer

Perspective – The experiences abroad will no doubt help shape perspective on soccer development, culture, resources, opportunity and more. Contributing to an ever-changing mindset and approach to soccer and life.

Social – We hope that the interactions with other players from within Sting will enhance social skills. But beyond that, challenge players to be social with opposition players abroad and citizens.

Challenge – Players will no doubt be outside of their ‘comfort zone’ competitively, socially, culturally. Sleep, food, routines etc. all challenged. Players are to embrace all of the challenges realizing that it is through challenge we learn most about ourselves and accelerate growth.

Education – Players will be exposed to various forms of education on and off the field. Players are encouraged to be open-minded, curious and ask questions.

Culture – From practice to playing style, food and drink, transportation, facilities, music, architecture, history, use of language… Players should embrace the culture, immerse in the culture, adapt and thrive!

Memories – Players will no doubt have experiences that will stay with them for their entire life. This trip will never be replicated. It is unique and individual. Enjoy every moment!
