Sting Soccer Acquires BVB North Texas Soccer Club to Broaden Reach and Resources in DFW Metroplex

April 15, 2026Addison, TX – The Sting Soccer Organization acquired BVB Soccer Club’s North Texas soccer teams to broaden Sting Soccer’s resources in North Texas, Sting announced today.

“By integrating BVB Soccer Club and expanding our facility portfolio, we are reinforcing our dedication to nurturing talent and promoting the values that have defined our organization for over five decades,” said Sting Soccer CEO Brent Coralli. “We are excited about the opportunities this presents for our players and the community as a whole.”

“This represents a defining chapter in the continued growth of our Club and the opportunities we provide to our players,” Sting North Texas Director of Coaching Tom Blencoe said. “We are proud to welcome new coaches, players, and families into our community whose passion and commitment will enrich our environment and raise the standard across all levels. Through greater alignment and collective strength, we are fostering a culture grounded in unity, accountability, and excellence. With enhanced resources and expanding facilities across the metroplex we continue to evolve our opportunities for all our members.”

Founded in 1973, the Sting Soccer Club has expanded steadily over the past 50 years to provide more flexibility and enhance member experience while still competing at the highest levels on the pitch. The new acquisition reinforces the club’s commitment to continued growth and success both on and off the field, expanding Sting’s footprint and bolstering club resources in the DFW Metroplex to provide more opportunities for all members.

“With this strategic acquisition, Sting Soccer is poised to continue its legacy of excellence in soccer education and player development,” Coralli said. “We remain dedicated to our core values—Pride, Tradition, Character, Commitment, and Leadership—as we work tirelessly to keep kids on the soccer field and inspire a new generation of athletes.”

Starting as a female-only club, the team merged with Titans FC in 2015 to officially integrate boys’ teams into the organization. In addition, Sting has broken out of the DFW Metroplex under Coralli, and now has an established foothold throughout Texas, with growing Sting branches in East, West and Central Texas alongside facilities and teams in Corpus Christi.

Outside of Texas, Sting also has teams in both Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska, with plans to add even more markets to the Sting family in the near future.
